The program is designed to help you become competitive in the sport of CrossFit. Join our awesome team of competitors, commit to an intense 5 day a week program, and improve your efficiency, skills, and strength required to be competitive in your age group or category.
STEP 1: Prerequisite
It is a requirement to attend our normal CrossFit Classes for one month, for our Coaches to see your potential in action to assess your strengths and areas of growth that will help benefit your future as a competitor.
STEP 2: Meet with Coach Adam
Schedule a one-on-one meeting with Coach Adam to discuss and assess your needs as a competitor. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, address concerns, and most importantly set goals.
STEP 3: Attend Saturday Workouts
Every Saturday morning, at 6:45am, all competitors come together for competition, community and functional fitness. You will have a chance to meet others who have been competing and working with Coach Adam for years. You can witness the standards for competitors and determine if the competitive class is for you.
